  4. Primary Spine Care Qualified
  5. Evaluation and Management Qualified
  6. Mini-Fellowship in Neuroradiology - MRI Spine
  7. Mini-Fellowship in MSK Radiology - Extremities

All qualifications are recognized through Cleveland University Kansas City - Chiropractic and Health Sciences. There is a seperate credentialing fee for each qualification.
