Fellowship in Primary Spine Care (2-Year Program)

The Fellowship in Primary Spine Care is a comprehensive two-year program comprised of 26 courses. Academic oversight is provided through:

  • The State University of New York at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Office of Continuing Education

  • Cleveland University Kansas City, Chiropractic and Health Sciences, Department of Post-Doctoral Education

Competency and Evaluation

Participant competency is verified through 112 examinations administered across the 26-course curriculum. A minimum passing score of 80% is required on all examinations. In addition, Fellows must complete:

  • Two scholarly papers submitted for peer-reviewed publication

  • A rigorous exit examination, also requiring a minimum passing score of 80%

Faculty Access and Educational Design

A defining feature of the Fellowship is direct access to faculty, allowing participants to engage with professors throughout the program. The curriculum is intentionally structured to promote ongoing dialogue, including consultation—when appropriate—with specialists in relevant fields. This model supports a thorough, practical, and clinically effective learning experience.
